State-Rate Eligibility
UW-Extension Conference Centers (ECC) is pleased to offer a special lodging rates and menu selections that do not exceed the maximum reimbursement-rate limits set for UWSystem, State of Wisconsin, and other governmental agencies.
To qualify for State Rates, groups/events must meet certain eligibility criteria and follow specific approval and documentation procedures. For more detailed information, please refer to the policies and guidelines governing your agency (see contact information below). You may also wish to talk with your departmental financial specialist for further clarification.
