The Lowell Inn and Conference Center is owned and operated by the University of Wisconsin-Extension and offers 81 nicely appointed private guest rooms, free wireless internet service in all rooms, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, exercise room, and a delicious expanded continental breakfast. The Lowell Center is ideally located on the shore of beautiful Lake Mendota, and just one short block from State Street and the University of Wisconsin Memorial Union - the heart of the UW Madison campus. Parking (one parking space per guest room) is included in the room rates.
The Lowell Inn does not offer airport-hotel shuttle service. Taxi's are typically waiting outside the baggage claim area of the Dane County Regional Airport when flights arrive, or can be phoned upon arrival at the airport. Taxi fare to the Lowell Center from the Dane County Regional Airport should cost approximately $15.00/one way.

The Campus Inn is located in downtown Madison across the street from The Lowell Center. The hotel offers free internet service in all rooms. The Campus Inn offers complimentary airport transportation through Madison Taxi. The Campus Inn's guests (with the exception of federal & state employees staying at the per diem rate) get complimentary round trip transportation from Dane County Regional Airport using Madison Taxi. Cabs are required to be at the airport whenever there are incoming flights.
